RECAP: Dignity Health Sports Park and LA Galaxy Foundation Host 21st Annual Thanksgiving Foundations’ Feast

LOS ANGELES (November 22, 2024) - Dignity Health Sports Park and the LA Galaxy Foundation hosted the 21st annual Thanksgiving Foundations’ Feast at Dignity Health Sports Park’s American Express Stadium Club tonight, Friday, Nov. 22.

The Foundations hosted families from Housing Works Los Angeles, The Salvation Army Red Shield, Koinonia Family Services, Salvation Army Compton Corps Community Center, El Nido Family Services, Masada Mental Health and Social Services, Little Tokyo Service Center, and East Side Riders Bike Club.

 

As part of the event, LA Galaxy Head Coach Greg Vanney, General Manager Will Kuntz, and staff served complete Thanksgiving meals to 250 local children and families in need. An annual tradition since 2003, this year’s event featured the serving of a full Thanksgiving buffet, including turkey, stuffing and trimmings. Arts and crafts, activities and gift bags were also provided. Additionally, Dignity Health Sports Park and LA Galaxy Foundation and PACSUN provided apparel to all the kids attending.

This year’s Thanksgiving Foundations’ Feast was made possible by donations from the LA Galaxy, Dignity Health Sports Park, Levy Restaurants, Coca-Cola, PACSUN, Ken’s Ice Cream, and Melissa’s.
