FOUNDATIONS TO SERVE A WARM THANKSGIVING MEAL
TO LOCAL CHILDREN AND FAMILIES

CARSON, Calif. (Thursday, November 19, 2009) - The Home Depot Center Charitable Foundation will join forces with Los Angeles Galaxy Foundation to serve a warm Thanksgiving meal to 250 local children and families who are in need. The seventh annual Foundations' Feast will be held in the American Express Stadium Club at The Home Depot Center on Monday, November 23, beginning at 4:30 p.m. In addition to dinner, each child will be given a goodie bag with items from the LA Galaxy, See's Candies and Buena Vista International.

For the seventh year in a row, Farmer John will be donating a number of hams for guests to enjoy. Levy Restaurants will lend their support by handling all the cooking as well as preparing several traditional Thanksgiving side dishes, including mashed potatoes and gravy, seasonal vegetables and cranberry sauce. Two Chefs on A Roll will be providing 300 cupcakes and Marie Callender's Restaurant & Bakery - Gardena, CA pumpkin and apple pies for the kids and families to enjoy. Ralph's Store #111 contributed a gift card for additional Foundations' Feast necessities.
