CARSON, CALIFORNIA (Wednesday, September 13, 2006) - The Home Depot Center will host the Shop Until You Drop Foundation Fundraiser this Friday, September 15 and the seventh annual City of Carson Unity Day Celebration this Sunday, September 17. 

Shop Until You Drop Foundation Fundraiser

WHAT:        The bi-annual fundraising event offers major discounts on designer apparel for men, women and children, including Ralph Lauren, Kenneth Cole, BCBG, XOXO, Sean John, Roccawear, Laundry and more.  Discounts are offered up to 93%.

WHO:          The event is open to the public, with free admission with a donation of a new art or school supply, valued at $3.00 or more.  Parking is free.

WHERE:      The Home Depot Center Tennis Pavilion (across from Parking Lot 15)

WHEN:        Friday, September 15, 2006 - noon to 6:00 p.m.

City of Carson Unity Day Celebration

WHAT:        The seventh annual City of Carson Unity Day Celebration is a citywide celebration of ethnic diversity in the City of Carson with music, dance, arts & crafts, food, carnival games, storytelling, live stage entertainment, face painting and much more. 

WHO:          The event is open to the public, with free admission and parking.

WHERE:      The Home Depot Center Parking Lot 15

WHEN:        Sunday, September 17, 2006 - noon to 7:00 p.m.
